Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To execute and control overall Call Center’s daily operations.
- To ensure “Stock Inventory Control” is conducted daily or weekly.
- To ensure timely return of casings by Service Providers.
- To oversee 24/7 breakdown service and billing processes.
- To handle customer complaints effectively and update operational data.
- Ensure tasks meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in manufacturing/supply chain/customer service.
- Tyre industry experience advantageous.
- Proficient in English and Malay.
- Flexible to work beyond normal hours and shift rotations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
