Job Description
We are looking for a competitive Customer Service Officer to help online customers identify and purchase products they desire mainly through social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out duty as front liner by helping customers efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Handling inquiry from customers and database.
- Regular follow up with customers to lead sales
- Updating customer orders and data in the database and for the delivery process
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure every promotion/campaign will generate good sales
- Assist with online and offline marketing campaigns when needed.
- Others additional/special tasks as per instructed by the sales leader or management
