Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To handle and coordinate customer shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
- Compile shipment documents and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the operation team.
- Undertake tasks assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Computer skills proficiency.
- Pleasant personality, committed, and responsible.
- Able to work independently, in a team, meet deadlines, and multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
