Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery status on the online platform e.g., live chat.
- Handle customer complaints and follow-up with the disposition actions.
- Review or approve returns and refunds from all e-commerce platforms as per customer requests.
- Process and follow up on return and refund procedures.
- Provide information about our products and services to customers.
- Assist the Operation Team in communicating with customers for any matters and feedback.
- Meet customer needs and expectations.
- Support offline sales.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure daily order fulfillments are met.
- Identify any common issues regarding products or courier services.
- Must display a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and composure when dealing with customers, including the ability to interpret and resolve customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
