Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:
• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about our services and address client inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Appointment Scheduling:
• Efficiently manage appointment bookings and follow-up procedures.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
• Client Experience Enhancement:
• Go the extra mile to create a positive and memorable experience for clients.
• Actively listen to client feedback and work towards continuous improvement.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the clinic.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing overall clinic efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and services is a plus.
• Able to speak fluent Mandarin, English, and Malay.
