Job Description

ACE Language Centre is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer for our Mont Kiara branch. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent service to students and parents.
Resolve inquiries and manage complaints professionally.
Assist with registrations and administrative tasks.
Maintain customer records and databases.
Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

3+ years in customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
