Job Description
ACE Language Centre is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer for our Mont Kiara branch. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to students and parents.
- Resolve inquiries and manage complaints professionally.
- Assist with registrations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain customer records and databases.
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
