Job Description
Provide top-level sales support, lead generation and customer service to drive sales growth and customer retention. Support local and regional Customer Service activities: manage enquiries, quotations, and order processing (EDI, smartEDI, eShop, OCR, hard copy), verify data, follow up deliveries, handle after-sales queries, complaints, returns, repairs and customer satisfaction measures. Promote digital tools and eShop. Requirements: minimum 3 years in Customer Service/Sales in manufacturing or distribution, basic electrical connector knowledge advantageous, strong written and verbal English communication, MS Office and reporting tools, SAP desirable, proactive and team-oriented.
