Responsibilities:
- Manage & handle all customer parts queries, process orders and deliveries/shipping.
- Manage incoming phone calls from customers/couriers.
- Good in WhatsApp/Instagram/Shopee/TikTok and others.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up on customer interactions.
- Any job assigned from time to time.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM1,800.00 per month
