Job Description
Vacancy: Customer Service – Mandarin Speaker
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Salary: Basic RM 4500
Joining Date: 8th April & 15th April
Project: Travel Account
Shifts: Rotational Shift
Head Counts: 15
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience
Responsibilities:
- Ensure service delivered via Call, Chat & Email
- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution
- Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport
- Greet customers professionally and maintain knowledge of services
- Prepare accurate work and improve customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 6 months of experience
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
