Working Hours:
Monday – Sunday – Rotational Shifts
8 working hours, 1 lunch break, 5 days work, 2-day rest
Morning – Night shifts
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone to provide information and assistance – inbound calls.
- To perform outbound calls to follow up on consumer enquiries and provide resolutions or updates.
- Cross-selling if customers ask to share, promote, or introduce new products (KPI Incentives)
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM or above in any field. SPM holders must pass BM, BI, and English and have at least 1 year working experience in a Call Centre.
- Confident and excellent communication skills. Able to communicate in Chinese due to business needs.
- Candidates must be passionate about a customer service position.
