Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and fluent Mandarin-speaking customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Mandarin-speaking customers through live chat.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in resolving inquiries and problems via live chat
- Providing accurate, concise, and informative responses to customer inquiries
- Ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer complaints
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
