Job Description

Stingray Creation seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead our support team, ensuring smooth customer experiences across live channels and internal platforms. You will manage KPIs, live-ops response, escalations (KYC, payments, transactional issues), monitor platform alerts (wallet sync, PSP routes, bonus triggers), refine SOPs, train agents on CRM and ticketing tools, and coordinate with product and operations on feature releases. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in customer service with transaction platform exposure, Mandarin preferred, willingness to travel or relocate, strong leadership, CRM and payment routing knowledge. Full-time, in-person. Salary RM10,00–RM12,00/month. Benefits include promotion paths and professional development.
