Job Description
We are JP Training & Consultancy Asia Pacific, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager. This role involves overseeing pricing coordination and client management in our logistics and freight forwarding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates with shipping lines and airlines.
- Manage client contracts for beneficial agreements.
- Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Requirements: Minimum 7+ years in freight forwarding, strong communication skills, results-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM4,00 – RM5,00/month
