Job Description
- Providing the best logistics solution to the customers based on the cargo enquiry received
- Providing air space bookings to clients
- Sourcing rates from airline & offer the most competitive quote to customer after comparison with several carriers.
- Ensure to meet customer requirement/dateline’s on providing quotations
- Reply customer’s email on timely manner based on KPI set by HOD
- Update shipment status to client on daily basis
- Must be able to assist on any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
