Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Intern on a 6-month contract basis. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our customer service team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be a quick learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. This internship is open to recent graduates or students currently pursuing a degree.
