Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve overall service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
