Job Description

As a Customer Service Import Export at Shipping Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing and supporting import and export operations. Your main responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints regarding import and export processes.
• Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth import and export operations.
• Preparing and processing necessary documentation for import and export shipments.
• Monitoring shipment schedules, tracking shipments, and updating customers on the status of their orders.
• Working closely with customs authorities and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with import and export regulations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have a good understanding of import and export procedures and regulations.
