Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls, live chat inquiries, and emails professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain high product knowledge to support customer needs.
- Meet monthly KPIs.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM required.
- Experience with Telco Products is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 6 Months experience in inbound call centers is advantageous.
- Able to work rotational days; Age range: 18 – 45.
Pay: From RM3,00.00 per month
