• Answer incoming calls, live chat inquiries, and emails professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain high product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Meet monthly KPIs.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM required.
• Experience with Telco Products is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• 6 Months experience in inbound call centers is advantageous.
• Able to work rotational days; Age range: 18 – 45.

Pay: From RM3,00.00 per month
