Job Description
Location: Sime UEP Industrial Park Subang
Working Days: 5 days, 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Nature of Business: IT solution provider
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with electronic product troubleshooting
- Check warranties for electrical and home appliances
- Provide customers with service cost quotations
- Follow up and respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with engineers for customer product services
- Perform other assigned ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Polite with a good attitude
- Smart and enjoys interacting with people
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
