Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Developing and sustaining solid relationship with service providers to bring the best customer experiences.
2. Manage all escalations from service providers.
3. Provide support and guidance to service providers ensuring business continuity.
4. Monitor and provide improvement on turn-around time of repair works.
5. Work closely with sales and support team to ensure the necessary tasks/functions are in order and align with company objectives.
