Job Description

Role Summary:

The Customer Success Specialist is crucial to our client-focused operations at WIL. This role ensures a positive experience for individuals and organizations receiving our services. By combining exceptional communication, scheduling, and administrative support with a consultative sales approach, you will enhance client satisfaction and promote long-term relationships.

Job Type: Contract (12 months)

Pay: RM1,737.97 – RM3,500.00 per month

Language Requirement: Mandarin (Required)

Work Location: In person.
