Job Description
UPT FORWARDING & TRANSPORT SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions within our logistics and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with customer SOPs, handling FCL export bookings, and collaborating with the Head of Department.
Candidates must hold at least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with knowledge of shipping and logistics. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
Pay ranges from RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
