Job Description

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. Fresh graduates with a minimum of SPM are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be available to start on March 3rd and possess strong English communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Your role involves handling customer inquiries, facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients, and scheduling appointments. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, including public holidays.

We offer a competitive salary of RM2,700.00 to RM3,00.00 monthly, plus performance bonuses and training opportunities.
