Job Description:
- Handling inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers
- Responding promptly and accurately to customers’ general inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Managing customer complaints and feedback with efficiency and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or higher
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – Training provided
- Good proficiency in English
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (5 days working + 2 days off on rotational)
- Shift start at 8AM
- Last shift at 11PM
- 9 Hours (8 Hours work + 1 hour break)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
