Job Description
We are SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. You will manage customer inquiries, perform inspections, and prepare reports to uphold our service standards.
The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
This full-time position is based in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
