Job Description
Join SNS Network as a Customer Service Executive! We are looking for motivated individuals to enhance our customer service experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries efficiently, resolving complaints professionally, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will also conduct inspections, prepare reports, and manage warranty claims to maintain the highest quality of work.
Ideal candidates should possess strong technical skills, knowledge of Samsung products is a plus, and be willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays at our location in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
