Job Description
Skillsphere is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to become a part of our dynamic team. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support for mobile services, troubleshooting issues related to mobile data, voice calls, SMS, and signal quality. You will guide customers through diagnostic steps, escalate complex cases, and log all interactions accurately.
This is a permanent position with a monthly pay ranging from RM3,100.00 to RM4,00.00. Benefits include additional leave, opportunities for promotion, professional development, and the ability to work from home. Preferred candidates have STM/STPM qualifications and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Work location: In person.
