Job Description
Skill Quotient Technologies Inc is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will assist in customer migration activities, validate company profiles for data migration, handle inbound and outbound calls, and manage customer issues with various channels. You will also prepare status reports as necessary.
This position is a contract role for 12 months, offering a monthly salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, dental and health insurance, maternity and parental leave.
Work schedule includes fixed and rotational shifts, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime and work during public holidays.
