Job Description
Position: Customer Service Executive
Company: RCSI Management
Work location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Industry: Paper Merchant Company (Printing, Packaging, Publishing, and Stationery)
Salary range: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500
Responsibilities:
- To attend customers’ inquiries and handle customers’ complaints to ensure prompt resolution within departmental service standards.
- To coordinate with company sales personnel and customers.
- Process Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- To support the company in ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate well with people from different levels.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Must be computer literate.
