• Job Responsibilities:
• To handle and coordinate customer shipments.
• Liaising with overseas agents for shipments.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Preparing shipment documents and reports.
• Coordinating with Sales and Operation teams.
• Undertaking tasks assigned by Management.
• Meeting Company’s objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years in relevant industry.
• Knowledge of Sysfreight system an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficient.
• Pleasant, committed, responsible.
• Able to work independently or in a team, meet deadlines, multitask.
• Work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
