Job Description

Job Scope:

• Attend to inbound calls, live chats, and emails.
• Respond to customers’ queries and complaints accurately.
• Assist with inquiries on mobile subscriptions and payments.
• Manage customer complaints effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no experience needed.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract (24 months)

Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
