Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing shipment inquiries, processing bookings, ensuring routing compliance, and coordinating with internal divisions for cargo projection. This role requires a well-rounded skill set, combining logistics expertise with strong customer service and communication abilities to ensure the efficient and effective management of shipping processes and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookings, shipment inquiry, and effectively respond and give feedback to customers.
- Handle booking shipment status, check routing, space allocation, BCR, and applicable rate in line with company standards and Global CSV process proactively.
- Support documentation personnel in relation to booking information.
- Handle all shipment ratings and SC/AB linkage. Ensure zero unrated prior shipment departure from origin ports.
- Handle cargo projection and coordination with Sales, Traffic, and Operations/Equipment division to ensure space and equipment are available to cater to accepted bookings.
- Handle customer special requests, complaints, and be able to communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
- Able to identify the root cause of problems and implement Corrective-Actions/Preventive-Actions.
- Handle phone calls and customer requirements timely and properly.

Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business studies/management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
- Possess working experience and knowledge in the shipping industry, working procedure (Global CSV Process), and Service Contract/SVI.
- Able to work independently and effectively and always strive to meet customers’ KPI.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
