Job Description
Position: Customer Service Executive
Company: One Mobile Care SDN.BHD
Samsung Authorized Service Center, Sunway Pyramid, Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service
- Do admin and any related task
- Other ad-hoc admin duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Speak Malay and English
- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantage
Working Location:
Samsung Authorized Service Center – Sunway Pyramid
3, Jalan PJS 11/15, Bandar Sunway, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Operation Hour:
Sunday – Saturday 10am – 10pm
Working Hour:
Morning Shift: 10am – 6.30pm
Noon Shift: 1.30pm – 10.00pm
(3 days Morning Shift & 3 Days Noon shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
