Job Description
Open for fresh graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and other general inquiries, providing escalation support.
- Exceeding customers’ expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements:
- Basic salary: RM2025
- KPI Allowance: Up to RM300
- Shift Allowance: Up to RM300
- Office location: Cyberjaya
- Minimum SPM qualification.
