Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of coordination for all the logistic and relocation arrangements.
- Deliver exceptional support and consultation.
- Ensure a smooth program execution and provide an excellent user experience.
- Be trained on benefits, processes, and policies and be the advisor to the customers if any issues arise.
- Normal working hours and days.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma and above.
- 2+ years of customer service or account management experience.
- Affinity with technology solutions – multiple systems to navigate.
- Experience supporting executive-level professionals.
- Excellent English language communication skills: written and verbal.
- Any additional language a plus (especially Mandarin and Cantonese).
- With experience lived, worked or traveled extensively.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passionate, dynamic and creative problem solver.
- Good listener, able to navigate through issues with empathy.
- Good team player – team dynamics make for better customer service.
