Job Description
1. Customer Service Executive will be responsible for daily communication with customers, warehouse team, and operations team in Seremban for daily transport arrangement and storage movement.
2. Manage daily operations job including inbound and outbound delivery -cross border, and import/export shipments.
3. Compilation and submission of billings, supporting documents for different clients for the company.
4. To follow up with customers on daily arrangements for both Import/Export shipments.
5. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
6. Coordinate with a surveyor for DG export shipments that require CPC and DG declaration.
