Job Description
- Manage the entire sales ordering process which includes order taking, delivery, and invoicing to ensure a smooth and efficient process flow.
- Attend to customers and intermediaries inquiries and service requests received across all communication channels, e.g., phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Responsible for efficient distribution of company products and coordinates special project delivery to project sites.
- Monitor stock level and stock replenishment to ensure timely availability of products to fulfill customer orders.
- Handle and address customer feedback and complaints and liaise with other departments to resolve it promptly and amicably.
- Undertake any jobs assigned by a superior from time to time.
