Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages all customers enquiries that comes in through different channels (Social Media Channels, email, phone etc), by responding promptly, recommending and upselling to encourage more sales.
- Patient in solving customers issues and queries.
- Keep up to date with company products’ information, upcoming events, promotions and relaying that information to customers as needed.
- Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field with minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service.
- Pleasant personality, able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Customer-service oriented and able to maintain good customer relationship.
- Well verse in English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
