Job Description
- Respond to inquiries via email, whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook. (templates will be given for all the common questions we receive)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with participants/dentist.
- Maintain a database of our participants/dentist.
- Other administrative duties given by superior.
Requirement:
- Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
