Job Description
Location: Subang Jaya (USJ 21)

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone stations to receive, filter, and transmit incoming calls.
- Answer inquiries regarding programs and healthcare providers.
- Manage and escalate member complaints.
- Process requests for letters of guarantee for secondary and tertiary care.
- Validate coverage checks and deliver letters of guarantee.
Requirements:
- 6 months of call center experience.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Available for 24/7 shifts.
- Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500/month.
- Minimum education: SPM.
