Job Description
Glob Pro BrainHunters Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ara Damansara. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and maintain records.
Salary ranges from RM2300 to RM300 per month. We offer flexible schedules, free parking, a 6-month bonus, and opportunities for promotion.
Preferred qualifications include STM/STPM education and at least 1 year of customer service experience. English, Bahasa, and Mandarin skills are a plus.
