Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join Gapima Sdn Bhd. This individual will be responsible for ensuring sales, managing client relationships, and addressing customer inquiries daily. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in shipping, Transportation, or Logistics, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The role requires fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. You will enjoy a full-time position with a monthly pay range of RM2,300.00 – RM2,800.00, along with benefits such as dental and health insurance and maternity leave.
