Job Description
– To handle customer’s incoming calls and inquiries.
– To process customers’ orders and ensure goods are delivered on time to them.
– To establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
– To prepare documentation, quotations, confirmation orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and other relevant documents.
– To liaise with the production team and warehouse to ensure the correct goods are delivered to customers.
– To provide after-sales support to customers.
– To assist in payment collection from customers.
