Job Description
Enhance Academy is currently seeking part-time Customer Service Executives for our language centre in Desa ParkCity, KL. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents. You will be responsible for coordinating front-desk activities, promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries, and working closely with our teaching and operations teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through WhatsApp.
- Provide information about our courses and handle new registrations.
- Coordinate placement tests and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain accurate administrative records both digitally and physically.
- Welcome children and ensure they enter or exit classes smoothly.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as you will interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in IT and administrative skills (Office/Google), AutoCount knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable working around children in an English-speaking environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Quick learner who can take initiative and ask questions when needed.
- Prior sales experience and knowledge of the education sector are helpful, but training will be provided.
