Job Description

Enhance Academy is currently seeking part-time Customer Service Executives for our language centre in Desa ParkCity, KL. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents. You will be responsible for coordinating front-desk activities, promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries, and working closely with our teaching and operations teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through WhatsApp.
  • Provide information about our courses and handle new registrations.
  • Coordinate placement tests and parent-teacher meetings.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records both digitally and physically.
  • Welcome children and ensure they enter or exit classes smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as you will interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in IT and administrative skills (Office/Google), AutoCount knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfortable working around children in an English-speaking environment.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
  • Quick learner who can take initiative and ask questions when needed.
  • Prior sales experience and knowledge of the education sector are helpful, but training will be provided.
