Job Description
COTIER SDN BHD is seeking a Customer Service Executive to enhance our team. You will work cross-functionally to communicate with customers, maintain vital relationships, and ensure delivery requirements are met. Key responsibilities include negotiating freight rates, liaising with international partners, and following up with corporate clients.
We require candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service within the Freight Forwarding or Shipping industry. A minimum qualification of SPM, Certificate, or Diploma is necessary. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
This full-time position offers a starting salary of RM2,600.00 per month, plus benefits.
