Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for clients’ sales order, inquiries, and customer care related job.
- Attend to calls, text messages, and emails from clients.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients on any enquiry, quotation, order processing, resolving complaints, etc.
- Responsible for clients’ documents collection including checking and verification.
- Respond promptly to clients, address any escalated issues, and establish good relationships.
- Work with the internal team to ensure smooth operation flow.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to join.
- Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in relevant fields.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
- Fluency in Mandarin preferred for dealing with Mandarin clients.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and self-manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
