Job Description
Join our team at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre as a Customer Service Executive! You will ensure smooth daily operations of customer service, assist patients and visitors, and coordinate between departments for seamless patient flow. Your role will also include managing customer feedback, monitoring satisfaction indexes, and providing administrative support to the team. A high level of professionalism is required, especially when engaging with international patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Maternity leave available.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Education: STM/STPM preferred.
Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
Work Location: In person.
