Job Description

BUBBLE GUM X SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through various channels and address their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide answers regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications:

SPM and 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month.
