Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team at Brighten Business Consulting Sdn Bhd. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products or services, and assisting with order processing and tracking. You will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, updating information in the database, and handling any necessary administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong problem-solving ability. You should be able to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or a related field would be advantageous.
