Job Description

Brandt Business Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle calls, live chats, and emails regarding digital banking products and services while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Requirements include strong communication skills in English, ideally Mandarin, and a Diploma or Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

We offer a competitive salary of RM2,400.00 to RM4,00.00 per month, along with maternity leave, promotion opportunities, and professional development.
